Ingredients:

8 ounces pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion and green bell pepper to the pan and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
