Ingredients: 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1/2 pkg. strawberry gelatin 1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled Whipped topping Directions : 1. Blend together cornstarch and sugar. Combine in saucepan with water. 2. Cook, stirring until thick 3 to 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolves. 4.
