1 bag of organic Great Northern Beans
1 smoked Turkey leg
Fresh ground black pepper
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 to 2 teaspoons of liquid smoke
2 bay leaves
3 to 4 cups of water
Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. The turkey meat will fall off the bone and dinner is ready. Easy and delicious. Enjoy!
