Easy Cinnamon Roll Bread

*Step 1-Preheat ur oven to 350 degrees F, and spray a glass loaf pan with a non0stick cooking spray.

*Step 2-Whisk all the dry ingredients: flour-baking powder-salt-sugar( In a small bowl).

*Step 3-Whisk the egg, with the almond milk, vanilla, and yogurt/sour cream together in a large bowl. To the egg mixture, add the flour mixture, stirring with a spoon just until incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

*Step 4-In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients for the Swirl. Place the teaspoonfuls on top of the bread, then swirl it into the batter a few times with a knife.

*Step 5-Bake for 50 minutes to one hour, still checking with a toothpick.

*Step 6-Remove from the oven and cool down on a wire rack for 20 minutes in the pan. Take the bread from the pan and cool it on the rack completely.

*Step 7-To Make the Glaze, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth in a small bowl, adding a spoon of milk at a time until a reasonable quality of drizzling is achieved.

When the bread is absolutely cold, drizzle the glaze over it.
