Blueberry muffin

You’ll Need :

200 grams flour
150 grams sugar
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 deciliter neutral oil
2 eggs
3.5 deciliter milk Peel of one lemon
250 grams blueberry

Instructions :

Set the oven to 200 degrees, top and bottom heat. Mix together all the dry ingredients for the muffin, and sift it into a bowl. In a slightly larger bowl, stir together oil, eggs and milk. Gently flip the flour mixture with a spatula. Then turn in grated lemon peel and blueberries, until everything is well mixed. Divide the batter into muffin tins, approx. 9-10 pieces, fill them 2/3 full.

make a batter of sugar, cinnamon, flour and soft butter and spread on top of each muffin before you put it in the oven.

Put in oven for 20 minutes or so.
