INGREDIENTS :
2 cups mashed bananas .
4 large eggs .
2 cups and half granulated sugar .
1/2 cup shortening .
2/3 cup water .
3 cups all-purpose flour .
2 tsp baking soda .
1/2 tsp baking powder .
1 tsp salt .
1/2 tsp ground cloves .
1 cup pecans .
And of course you’ll need 12 canning jars ( 250 ml )
INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat oven to 350 DEGREES F . And grease inside canning jars using vegetable oil .
Cream shortening with sugar until light , add mashed bananas , eggs and 2/3 cup of water .
Add flour , baking soda , baking powder , cinnamon powder and salt and cloves. Mix well .
Pour the mixture into the greased jars , and place them directly in oven , bake for 40-45 minutes
Remove them from oven and top with pecans .
