Ingredients

* 1 lb ground turkey
* 1 cup milk
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 Ib shrimp
* 1/2 medium purple onion finely diced
* Cajun Seasoning
* Chili powder
* Garlic powder
* Black pepper
* Smoked paprika
* 16 oz block Velveeta cheese
* 10 oz rotel tomatoes
* 1/4cup chopped green onions
* chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Grease skillet w/ olive oil
2. Add 1/2 purple onion to skillet and sauté
3. Add ground meat to pan and Season ground meat with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning,black pepper
4. Brown meat
5. Drain off grease
6. In a separate pot add butter and milk and once butter is melted add the velveeta cheese. But make sure you cut the block into smaller blocks.
7. Once cheese melted add the ground meat and diced tomatoes.
8. Add chili powder, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning and black pepper to
9. Continue to cook the sauce for 10 mins or until sauce is thickened.
10. Season shrimp w/ Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper and garlic powder
11. Allow butter to melt on skillet
12. Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-5 min
