Hey y’all, I cooked some oven baked ribs that I soaked in apple juice and liberally rubbed with J. Law Artisan Sausage black garlic rub. That is it that is all. The rub is very flavorful and nothing else is needed.
I cleaned the ribs, removed the skin off the back and soaked them in a shallow pan with 3 cups of apple juice for a couple of hours. Preheat oven to 300°
Place ribs on heavy duty foil wrap, liberally rub with spices. Pour about a fourth cup of the apple juice in foil under the ribs, wrap tightly and bake 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Increase heat to 400° Brush with sauce if so desired, bake uncovered 10 minutes brush again with sauce, bake another 10 minutes uncovered, this will make the ribs nice and sticky
