New Orleans seasoned shrimp


3 lbs large shrimp unpeeled
2 sticks butter and some olive oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt (after cooking)
3 large cloves of garlic
1/2 cup green onion


Wash and drain shrimp. Place in a glass baking dish 7” x 11”

Place all ingredients for sauce in 4 cup measure and place in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes in high.

Pour over shrimp and mix

Bake on high temp for 10-12 minutes stirring 2x.

Take out oven and check shrimp. Let shrimp cool for 5 minutes.

Serve with fresh French bread!
