1 small mango
1 avacado
1 Tbsp chopped red onion
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno
Fresh parsley/cilantro
Lemon juice
Salt/pepper to taste

2 salmon steaks
Seafood seasoning blend
EVOO
Salt/pepper to taste

Liberally apply seafood blend to salmon and set aside.

Heat CI skillet to med high, coat with EVOO
Place steaks in hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
