You’re gonna back after all


This is my own quick and easy recipe for a very moist, buttery baked salmon. It is lightly flavored with Old Bay seasoning, a touch of lemon and garlic and herbs. Don’t shy away from trying this because of the amount of butter used. Most of the butter remains in the pan. I serve it with a baked potato, romaine salad and cheddar chive biscuits. Simply delicious. Also, there is almost no clean-up!

cooking spray or oil for pan
4 Tbsp salted butter
3/4 tsp old bay seasoning
3/4 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 6-8 ounce portions fresh salmon, skinless & boneless
fresh chives, parsley, lemon slices for garnish, if desired
