Shrimp and Grits with Salmon


½ pound of salmon
½ pound shrimp , raw
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Quaker State Instant grits
Butter (to your liking)
Dill seasoning, optional

Boil grits according to package instructions.
Add butter and stir. Then add some shredded cheese and stir.
Add some salt and pepper to your liking.
Add a little more butter, stir and then set aside.

Season shrimp and salmon with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil.
Add shrimp and salmon to the pan and cook.
Cook the shrimp for approx. 8 minutes per side.
Cook the salmon for approx. 4 minutes per side (depending on the size).

Put salmon and shrimp over bed of grits.
Sprinkle dill seasoning on top of the fish and shrimp.
