Packed shrimp


500 gr of shrimp
1 glass of flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1 Powder for breeding
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of Salt

How to make some breaded shrimp
We’ll peel the shrimp leaving only the tail part. In one container we mix flour with garlic powder, a pinch of salt and another of pepper. In another container we beat the eggs and in another we lay the dust to breast.
We warmed up in a pan enough olive oil to cover the shrimp, when it’s already hot, we bounce the shrimp one by one, first passing them through the flour, then through the egg shake, then through the dust to empanize and finally we fry them in the pan.
We withdraw and slip when they are already golden, we put them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and then we can serve them. Take them to the table with your favorite sauces or with some slices of lemon. They are delicious!!
