Honey Garlic Salmon

3 salmon steaks (deboned, tied)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Salt/pepper to taste
1/4 c honey
3 Tbsp butter
Fresh grated ginger to taste
1 tsp chili garlic sauce (for a little heat)
Splash of water

Season salmon steaks with salt, pepper cumin and paprika
Bring pan to med heat
Add just enough EVOO to coat the bottom of the pan
Add butter
Place salmon in pan and cook for 3-4 min on each side until golden brown
Push salmon to one side of the pan with a wide spatula
Add the garlic, chili garlic sauce, honey, a little fresh grated ginger, juice of half the lime and a splash of water. Move the steaks around scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
Baste salmon with sauce before placing in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes and cook until well done
Garnish with lime slices and scallions
Serve with veggies or salad👌🏽
