You’ll Need

Fried jumbo shrimp

seafood seasoning(Paul Prudehome’s)

Louisiana frish fry batter

 

Instructions

I seasoned them with some good seafood seasoning (Paul Prudehome’s) ,it’s all you’ll need! Tossed in Louisiana frish fry batter and deep fried them for 3 minutes in peanut oil at 400°.
The very hot oil keeps the shimp crispy outside yet tender and fully cooked through in this short amount of cooking time.
