Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

Use all purpose flour mixed with a little corn starch. Season it with cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper. Clean your chicken, toss them in the flour. Heat your oil on med-high. Make sure it’s hot before you drop the chicken. Fry it until it’s light golden brown & begins to float. Take it out & allow it to rest on a rack while you continue to fry the remaining chicken. After everything is light golden brown, refry them for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are nice & crispy. Place them back on a rack. You can either eat them as is from this step or you can toss them in a homemade buffalo sauce which is 1 stick of butter, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, I added some garlic powder to this sauce, some old bay seasoning & black pepper for a little more flavor.
