Buffalo Chicken Cheesy Fries will be your new favorite late-night or anytime snack, loaded with a cheesy buffalo chicken mixture.


1 bag (28 ounces) steak fries, cooked per package instructions
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 ounces sour cream
3 tablespoons homemade dry ranch seasoning, or 1 1/2 (1-ounce) packages store-bought ranch seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons buffalo sauce, for topping


Preheat the oven to 450° F.

Cook steak fries according to package directions.

Remove fries from the oven and place in an oven-safe skillet.

Reduce oven temperature to 400°F.

In a medium bowl combine chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.

Top the fries with the chicken mixture and the shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted (about 10-15 minutes).

Remove from oven.

Top with buffalo sauce and more sour cream.
