Chorizo or sausage of choice (Swiss, German, American, etc.)
Baguette or ciabatta bread
Provolone cheese or to taste
How to make :
Sauté the tomatoes in the BBQ sauce along with the basil or oregano. Add a taste of salt.
Fry the sausage or chorizo, make subtle incisions for better internal cooking on the side.
Fry the egg in the juices and fat of the sausage or chorizo. Add salt.
Assembly: make a bed with the tomatoes, put the sausage or chorizo, finally, the egg on top. We cut bread into small pieces and our mature cheese or of preference. Accompany with coffee or orange juice.
