1 bag Trader Toe’s panko crumbs
6 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon dry Italian seasoning
1 large handful Parmesan cheese crisps (like wisps)
2 tablespoons EVOO and more as needed
