Ingredients

8 oz 226g softened cream cheese
16 oz 454g sour cream
1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
15 oz 425g can fire-roasted corn, drained
10 oz 283g can Rotel, drained
4 oz 113g can diced green chiles, drained
8 oz 226g shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, drained corn, Rotel, green chiles, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
