Other Ingredients

2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon coriander powder
¼ teaspoon Himalayan/sea salt
A pinch of red pepper flakes (more if you want it hotter)
½ cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
A few sprinkles ground pepper
½ sprigs Cilantro/parsley (for garnish)
