You’re gonna back after all

springrolls!


here’s my recipe: I use springroll pastry from Spring Home brand. For the filling I use glass noodles, minced meat and the following ingredients finely chopped and fried: carrots, leek, spring onion, garlic, coriander roots, mushrooms, mung bean sprouts, celery and cabbage.

For the seasoning I use soysauce, sweet soysauce, mushroom sauce (you could also use oyster sauce instead) and pepper.

if you want to, you can also make a very thin omelette, cut it into stripes and also put it inside your springrolls.

Let the filling cool down and start rolling (use some egg to keep the edge closed)! 🙂 deep fry and enjoy!
