INGREDIENTS
4 salmon or halibut llets (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon Bertolli Olive Oil Light Taste ®
1 cup chopped sweet onions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 jar (15 ounces) Bertolli Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cheese Sauce ®
1 cup frozen green peas, partially thawed
8 ounces vermicelli [or spaghetti], cooked and drained

DIRECTIONS
Season sh with salt and ground black pepper. Cook in broiler or on barbecue until done.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; add onions. Cook 5 min. or until softened. Stir in lemon juice, sauce and peas. Simmer 5 min.
Arrange sh over hot pasta; top with sauce. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon zest, if desired.
