Juicy prawns cooked in a savory garlic and buttery sauce, this Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp is great with rice and pineapples

Ingredients

1 pound of jumbo shrimp with shell on (cleaned and deveined)
2 1/2 tablespoons flour (all purpose)
2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
18 large of minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
1 stick unsalted sweet cream butter
Fresh chopped parsley
Peel and Devein the shrimp
Soak shrimp in salt water for 30 minutes
Cook the sauce first

Instructions
Add the shrimp and make sure that you don’t over cook the shrimp

Sauce
Add ingredients to a pan add the flour last to thicken up the sauce

Rice
Two cups of water will cook one cup of rice
Boil the water first with one teaspoon of salt

Add rice
Cook until fluffy
How to Dress the plate
Take a measuring cup
Fill the rice in the cup
Take the cup and place firmly in plate upside down
Tap and the rice should be in a nice shape
Place shrimp and sauce on top
Serve and enjoy!
