These are just a few wings I cut and seasoned with a lil all purpose blend then fried them naked in oil 350° for 8 minutes.

I mixed some PF Changs teriyaki sauce, a lil pineapple juice, sirricha, honey, red pepper flake and a splash of beer in a large bowl and I took the wings straight from the hot oil and tossed them around in the sauce until well coated. I put them in a 400° oven uncovered for 5 minutes then tossed them in the sauce again. (That’s what makes them sticky)
