Shrimp crab Spinach and artichoke dip

Two kinds of seafood are mixed into this veggie-packed spinach dip. It’s not as rich as other spinach dips tend to be so you may want to double the recipe (because everyone will dig in!)

1 pound cooked crab meat, chopped or flaked
1/4 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green or red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic and chopped vegetables in butter until tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through until cheese melts.

Serve with crackers.
