Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional, like Valentina or Tabasco)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced or sliced for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or saltine crackers for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together clamato juice, ketchup, lime juice, and hot sauce. Adjust for sweetness or spice as desired.
  2. Combine the Ingredients:
