Creamy Garlic Butter Alfredo Stuffed Meatballs | Ultimate Comfort Food Delight!
Ingredients:
– 1 egg
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it nice and hot while you prepare the meatballs.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well blended. Be careful not to over-mix to keep the meatballs tender.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Make sure not to let the garlic burn!
4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing the mixture to thicken for a couple of minutes. Once it reaches a creamy consistency, remove from heat.
5. Take a handful of the meat mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Place a teaspoon of the garlic butter Alfredo sauce in the center, then mold the meat around it to form a ball. Repeat this process until all meat mixture is used.
6. Place the meatballs in a greased baking dish. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top for added creaminess.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned.
8. Once cooked, let the meatballs rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
