CAJUN SHRIMP AND SALMON PASTA


INGREDIENTS
1 bag of Super colossal shrimp
2lbs of salmon

CAJUN BUTTER SEASONING
1 and 1/2 stick of butter (melted)
2 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (minced)
1 teaspoon of crushed red peppers
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Squeeze lemon juice (1/2 of a Lemon)

CLEANING SHRIMP
1/2 lemon
Wash off
Pat dry

SEASON SHRIMP
Add cajun butter seasoning (let sit 2-4 hours if possible)

COOKING SHRIMP
Heat on 6-7
Cook on a cast iron or frying pan ( no need to add oil to pan)
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Please don’t over cook

SALMON
Wash and pat dry
Lemon juice squeeze (1/2 lemon)
Add cajun butter seasoning (let sit 2-4 hours if possible)

COOKING SALMON
Heat on 6-7
Cook on a cast iron or frying pan ( no need to add oil to pan)
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
Please don’t over cook

LINGUINE PASTA
1 box and 1/2 a box
1 tablespoon of salt
Add salt in water to boil pasta
boil pasta instructions on the back

ALFREDO PASTA
Heat 7
1/2 stick of butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)(less if u don’t really like garlic)
1 tablespoon of flour
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Adobo
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Add pasta
1 teaspoon of butter (optional)
