I’m loving this new chocolate from Cadbury’s so decided to have a go at a cheesecake. Just to make it a little more decadent I added a shot of my favourite LIQUER, Irish Baileys Cream. If you can’t get the Caramilk Chocolate, you can make your own. There are online recipes for Caramelised White Chocolate. Also for kid friendly, leave out the Baileys.
You’ll Need :
BASE:
3/4 pkt of Nice Biscuits (finely crushed)
80g of butter
FILLING:
240g of Caramilk Chocolate
500g Cream Cheese
1/4 cup of castor sugar
2 tspn gelatine
1 tablespoon boiling water
30ml Bailey Irish Cream Liquor
1 cup of thickened cream
