3 cups flour
1 cup icing sugar
125g Rama or wooden spoon (must be cold)
2 Tsps yeast
1 cup WARM milk
Mix dry ingredients. Grate in cold Rama. Mix with finger tips until flour looks like bread crumbs. Add your warm milk and egg. The dough will be sticky. Knead until it doesn’t stick on your hands. It’s ALOT of work but it’s worth it.
Let it rise for an hour. Roll it out into a rectangular shape. Spread Rama, cinnamon and brown sugar on the rolled out dough. Roll it out. It should look like long log.
Cut it in small pieces and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
