English Steak & Shrimp Teriyaki Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
- For the Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- For the Steak and Shrimp:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- For the Noodles and Veggies:
- 8 oz stir-fry noodles or spaghetti
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional Garnishes:
- Sesame seeds
- Additional sliced green onions
Directions:
- Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside. - Cook the Noodles:
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. - Cook the Steak and Shrimp:
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside. - Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and shredded carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. - Combine Everything:
Return the steak, shrimp, and cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the mixture and toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. - Serve:
Divide the teriyaki noodles into bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired.
