Salmon croquettes

Easy to make Salmon Croquettes with canned salmon, all purpose flour and Panko bread crumbs

1 Can salmon
½ C. Panko bread crumbs
¼ C. All purpose flour
½ Green bell pepper chopped
½ Red bell pepper chopped
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
¼ C. Mayonnaise
1 Large egg
¼ C. Chopped cilantro

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well incorporated.
Form the mixture into 6-8 evenly sized patties.
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Pan fry the patties evenly on both sides until browned and cooked through.
