Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp red food coloring
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

For the Cheesecake Dip:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream (whipped)

Instructions:

Make the Red Velvet Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a 9×13” pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together melted butter, sugar, red food coloring, and vanilla until smooth.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
