Easy & Delicious Garlic Honey Lime Shrimp recipe for a great weeknight meal!
1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 tsp. Minced garlic
3 Tbsp. Honey
1 ½ Tbsp. Lime juice
3 Dashes of cayenne pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish
Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the garlic to the skillet and saute for 30 seconds.
Stir in the shrimp and season with salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add in the honey, lime juice and cayenne pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens and the shrimp is cooked through.
Serve with fresh chopped parsley.
