Eggless Moist Chocolate Cake is a light, moist and delicious cake. I always love cakes with eggs but this time, I couldn’t tell that this is actually eggless. I decided to do a chocolate ganache frosting to go with it. It was heavenly when both the ganache and the cake melted in my mouth.

Written recipe :

In a large mixing bowl add oil, condensed milk, melted chocolate, curd, powdered sugar & vanilla essence & mix well. sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder & salt stir unti all is well incorporated. Add water and mix until well combined and there are no lumps. Add vinegar & mix well.
Pour batter into the greased & lined 6 inch cake mould .
Bake for 35-40 minutes. At 35 minutes, you can check to see if a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Let cake cool completely before putting frosting on top. now divide cake into 3 layers.

For frosting:

Add chilled whipping cream and whip till soft peaks then add melted chocolate and whip until it forms a stiff peaks.
Now take 1st layer and brush some sugar syrup on the top & then spread frosting on top & repeat the same for rest 2 layers.
Now cover the sides & top of the cake evenly with the whipped cream.
Pour some chocolate ganache on top, spread evenly & let it set.
Moke some rosettes on top & stick some chocochips on the sides.
Your Eggless super soft & moist chocolate cake is ready.
