Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Alfredo pasta


Here’s a overview of what I did, it’s not in depth but the dish is fairly simple to make and they’re various recipes on YouTube that you can find and follow along to. Enjoy !! 😊😊❤️

Ingedients

1 lb shrimp
2-3 chicken tenderloins
Minced garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of Shredded Parmesan cheese
Penne pasta or any pasta of your choice
1 can of Diced tomatoes
2 cups of Half & half

Instructions

Season to your liking I used Cajun seasoning
, old bay, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley for garnish

Clean and pat dry your shrimp and chicken
Season generously with the seasonings I listed above. Cut the chicken into small pieces. You then are going to sauté your chicken in a skillet with olive oil on med high heat until cooked. Then sauté your shrimp with a little garlic and olive oil.

To make my sauce on medium low heat I sautéed minced garlic and olive oil, added about 2 cups half and half, 1 can of diced tomatoes , seasoned with Cajun seasoning , garlic powder and etc, topped it off with shredded Parmesan cheese.
I then added my cooked chicken and shrimp to the sauce as well served with penne pasta.
