Ingredients:
– 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
– 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the Steaks: Pat steaks dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and half the Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
2. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and add shrimp. Sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Combine and Serve: Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
