You’ll Need :
1lb breakfast sausage
4c whole milk, not that skim stuff
Coarse ground black pepper
Lightly brown your sausage in your CI skillet
Melt the butter with the sausage and cover everything with the flour.
Brown your flour mix and sausage.
Pour the milk in slowly and stir while adding the milk.
Here’s where the magic happens…
Stir slowly and constantly, scraping the bottom and sides until your gravy has thickened up to your liking. Season with the pepper if needed.
