Before I get to the inspiration for this recipe, I want to mention two things. Firstly, I have never gone over the keto diet, and second, I don’t claim to know the ins and outs of how it works. I’ve simply researched the foods you can and can’t eat, and I created this recipe for those who want to stick to the rules, and want to indulge in some porn along the way.

A long time ago, before “keto” became a thing, I would go out on this blanket of cheese at the end of my night of drinking. Little did I know at the time, this would not just become a phenomenon for those wanting to relax on carbs, but also something extremely tasty to eat.

You should at least consider frying some cheese. But if you’re going on a trip to the burrito tournament, you should consider the following. The combination of steak, shrimp, smoke bacon, and creamy guacamole are all crazy.
