Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients

black pepper
Paprika
Old bay seasoning (use only on the shrimp )
Onion power
Minced garlic/in the jar
Italian seasoning
olive oil
real butter /I don’t cook with margarine
Cream cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese/half cup or to your liking
6 Chicken breast
1 lb of white tiger shrimp /seafood department
Fresh baby spinach

Directions

Toothpicks or skewers/use to seal the chicken after to stuffed
Butterfly your chicken breast season your chicken with all of your seasoning (Season your shrimp with the old bay and onion power only)
Mix your spinach(slowly add to your liking) cream cheese andq
parmesan until its has a creamy consistency..Stuff your chicken
Heat your pan with olive oil add a little butter and precook your shrimp don’t cook throughly because its going in the oven (don’t wanna over cook)
Remove shrimp from skillet and stuffed them into your chicken breast with the spinach and cheese .add tablespoons of garlic to the skillet you remove the shrimp from add more olive oil and butter if need ..Seal the open end of the chicken breast with the skewers or toothpick add more seasonings on top if need , add the Italian seasoning last .Pan sear your stuffed chicken breast on both sides until lightly browned. Put in preheated and baste with the juices from the chicken until done. Please feel free to inbox me if needed.
