Shrimp and Ramen noodles

This recipe is perfect for a college student or someone on the go.It is very budget friendly and quick.

2 packs of Shrimp Ramen noodles
2 Green onions
1 tbsp of olive or vegetable oil
1 cup of uncooked peeled shrimps
Lemon Pepper seasoning
Clo’s seafood seasoning
Lemon juice

Finely chop green onions
Wash shrimps with some warm water
and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Rinse and place them in a bowl
Lightly sprinkle some lemon pepper seasoning
and Clo’s seasoning
Preheat 1 teaspoon of oil
Add chopped green onions
Stir and cook on low until green onions are moist
Add seasoned shrimps
Cook on medium heat until shrimps color change
Then reduce heat
Cook or microwave noodles half way
for 1 minute and let it soak
Noodles should not be soft but they should remain a little firm
Drain water from noodles
Add noodles to the cooked shrimps
Sprinkle 1/3-1/2 of the shrimp ramen seasoning pack
Mix and spread shrimps evenly throughout the noodles.
Add a small amount of the seasoned liquid left in the bowl from the shrimps to keep noodles moist
Cook on low heat for an additional 20 seconds.
