Salmon and shrimp stir fry
Fresh Atlantic salmon and some large shrimp
1 cup of napa cabbage
1 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of carrots
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp water used from rehydrating shiitake
1 tsp sugar
I have on hand a nice piece of fresh Atlantic salmon and some large shrimp. In this recipe,
I cook them together to create a stir-fry salmon and shrimp dish with vegetables.
The best thing is that it takes only 4 minutes to cook.
Combine all sauce ingredients and pour into the wok together with the cooked seafood, stir fry for one more minute.
Season with ground white pepper and salt.
