I’m the only one who likes sauerkraut in my house, so I made me a small pan with lightly fried kielbasa sausage i have potatoes in the oven roasting for the side dish 😋
I put into a pot a bag of sauerkraut undrained(totally my choice), add 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt, 1 TBSP of black pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 cup of diced onions, 1/2 tsp of caraway seeds, bring to a boil then turn on to medium high heat. In a skillet cut into pieces some kielbasa sausage lightly brown then add to your sauerkraut. Heat for about 10 more minutes and serve
