1/2 To 1 Minced Habanero Pepper, Seeds And Veins Removed
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 cup Beef Stock Or Broth
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs, Panko Or Traditional
1 Egg White, Lightly Whisked
1 Egg Whisked With 1 Tablespoon Water, For Egg Wash (optional)
