To make lemon juice and baking soda drink, you will need the following:
1 lemon, 1 glass of water and 1 tbsp of baking soda.
Extract the lemon juice and add it in a glass of water. Add baking soda to it. Drinking this mixture every morning can help you lose weight.

1 glass of water, Organic green tea and 1/4 tbsp of baking soda.
