Deep Fried Cajun Salmon


Season salmon with in Obay
Dry Mix:
1 part flour
1 part seafood breader (I used Moss)
Wet Batter:
2 cups of milk
1 egg
Tablespoon of mustard
A couple of drops of hot sauce
Batter salmon in dry mix, then wet mix, then back in the dry mix. Once oil is hot fry for 5-8 minutes
