Buffalo chicken dip


This buffalo chicken dip is made with spicy buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and various cheeses. It’s perfect for those who like a little heat!

INGREDIENTS
BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
2 bottles of buffalo sauce
1 cup of blue cheese
A block of cream cheese room temperature ( not sure of the measurements but I usually put the entire block in lol)
2 chicken breast cooked and shredded (I usually just boil them since all the flavor is in the sauce)
2 bags Mild shredded cheese
1 bag of mozzarella cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the cream cheese in a pot I usually use Philadelphia because it’s more creamy. Pour in blue cheese. Pour in the sauce. And cook and stir until even color.
In an oven pan spread your chicken out even. And same with an entire bag of mild cheddar. Then spread half the bag of mozzarella evenly on top of mild cheddar. Add in sauce and mix well. Even out contents in pan and spread the other bag of mild cheddar evenly on top of contents in pan. Then do the same with the other half bag of mozzarella. Cover pan with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (prolly should’ve done this in the beginning but I always forget until it’s time to put it in the oven 🤣). But I usually leave it in the oven for about 20mins covered and about 10mins uncovered. Now you have a masterpiece😇
