Blueberry Cheesecake


INGREDIENTS

1 box Graham Cracker Crumbs
1-1/2 sticks margarine or butter ; Softened
2 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese ; Softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 envelopes Dream Whip
3/4 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can Blueberry, Cherry or Strawberry Pie Filling ; Refrigerated at least 1 hour

INSTRUCTIONS

In an 11X9 baking pan; combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine until crumbs are moist. Mold into the bottom of the pan with hands. Refrigerate 1 hour

In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; set aside

In small deep bowl mix Dream Whip, milk and vanilla for 4 minutes on high; add to cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended. Spread on top of graham crackers and refrigerate 1 hour.

Top with canned pie filling and serve cold.
