Didn’t know what to do with these chicken legs.
I had some peppers, onions and potatoes.
What do y’all think? I’ve had numerous requests for a recipe.
Chop onions and green and red bell peppers plus chopped potatoes on the bottom as a bed for the chicken.
Season chicken salt, pepper and rosemary and place on top.
Half cup of white wine and half cup of water.
Bake uncovered at 350° for about an hour.
Be sure to turn chicken halfway through.
If you don’t have a terecota dish I suggest using a dark glass dish.
